What happens if I damage the roll-off?
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the dumpster while it is under a rental agreement with you. For example, all unauthorized moving of a dumpster causing damage, pouring wet paint or other sticky material into the dumpster, paint overspray or graffiti that defaces or marks the surface and appearance of the dumpster, or using heavy equipment to drop heavy loads into the dumpster causing dents in its interior and exterior sheet metal. Repairs for dumpster damage will be charged to customer.
Are you "Driveway Friendly"?
We have no idea of the pre-existing condition of your driveway and subsurface, so we do not take responsibility for driveway damage. We do, however, take the utmost care while delivering and removing the bin. We do have an added "Driveway Protection" that you can add to your rental for $45.00. If purchased we use something called RolliSkates, which is a heavy grade plastic that was designed to safeguard your property and easily place the container with no fear of damage.
How do I know which dumpster size is right for my project?
Great question — size matters more than most people think! Here's a quick breakdown:
- 5 Yard: Perfect for small cleanouts, single-room cleanups, or hauling dirt, rock, or concrete. Holds about 25–30 large trash bags.
- 10 Yard: Great for garage cleanouts, bathroom demo, or small landscaping jobs. Holds about 50–70 large trash bags.
- 15 Yard: A solid choice for kitchen remodels, basement cleanouts, or mid-size renovation debris. Holds about 80–100 large trash bags.
- 20 Yard: Our biggest container, ideal for full home renovations, large estate cleanouts, or roofing tear-offs. Holds 110+ large trash bags.

How do I book a roll-off dumpster?
Booking is fast and easy — just head to curbsideclear.com, click “Book Now,” pick your dumpster size, choose your delivery date, and check out. You can also give us a call at (720) 393-9640 if you'd rather talk it through with a real person. We're a local business, so you'll always reach someone who knows the area.
How far in advance do I need to schedule my delivery?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to make sure we can get your preferred date. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
Where will the dumpster be placed?
We'll place the dumpster wherever works best for you — driveway, alley, street, or job site. Just let us know your preference when you book. We'll always do our best to protect your driveway and property during delivery and pickup. (And yes, we're Driveway Friendly!)
Do I need a permit to put the dumpster on the street?
If the dumpster is placed entirely on private property (like your driveway), you typically don't need a permit. If you need it on a public street, permit requirements vary by city or municipality. We'd recommend checking with your local city office — Broomfield and Westminster each have their own rules. We're happy to answer questions, but permit responsibility falls on the customer.
How full can I fill the dumpster?
You can fill it all the way up — but never above the fill line. Debris that sticks up above the rim of the container cannot be transported safely or legally. If your load is over the fill line, we may need to remove some material before we can haul it. When in doubt, go up a size!
Can I load the dumpster myself, or do you do that?
You load it, we haul it! Fill it at your own pace during your rental period, and when you're ready, just give us a call or schedule your pickup online. If you need help with junk removal or loading, we can point you in the right direction.
Can I put hazardous materials in the dumpster?
No — hazardous materials cannot go in our roll-off containers. This includes things like paint, motor oil, propane tanks, batteries, chemicals, asbestos, and refrigerants. These items require special handling and disposal through certified facilities. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, just give us a call and we'll help you figure it out.
What happens when I'm ready for pickup?
Just give us a call at (720) 393-9640 or book your pickup online at curbsideclear.com. We'll come out and haul everything away. Easy as that.
Can I get same-day delivery or pickup?
We'll do our best! Same-day availability depends on our current schedule. Give us a call at (720) 393-9640 and we'll let you know what we can make happen.
Do you serve my area?
We serve Broomfield, Westminster, and the surrounding North Denver metro area in Colorado. Not sure if we cover your zip code? Give us a call at (720) 393-9640 or reach out through curbsideclear.com and we'll let you know.
Can I keep the dumpster longer than my rental period?
Yes — just let us know before your rental period ends and we can arrange an extension. Extended rental is available at a daily rate. We'd rather work with you than leave you scrambling!
Are you locally owned?
Yes! Curbside Clear is a local, small business — not a national chain. When you call or email us, you're talking to real people who live and work in the same community as you. We care about doing a good job because our reputation here matters to us.
